A practical guide to understanding the body through Kundalini Yoga, Chinese Medicine, food therapy, breathwork & acupressure.
What if your symptoms were messages — not inconveniences?
Imagine understanding what your body has been trying to tell you all along.
This course teaches you how to decode common physical and emotional symptoms through the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, food therapy, herbs, and acupressure.
Whether you are a yoga teacher, health practitioner, student, or simply someone wanting to understand your body more deeply — this is the education many of us never received growing up.
My Story
Growing up, I watched people around me struggle with fatigue, hormonal issues, inflammation, emotional stress, weight fluctuations, digestive problems, and chronic symptoms — yet very few people truly understood what the body was communicating.
Medication was often the first solution, but nobody taught us how to listen.
Nobody taught us:
✨ What bloating might mean?
✨ Why anxiety affects digestion?
✨ How grief impacts the lungs?
✨ Why exhaustion keeps returning?
✨ what cravings, pain, tension, or inflammation may be pointing toward?
I remember wishing we learned these things in school.
This course was born from that desire:
