In this workshop you will experience a powerful Kundalini Yoga Set to activate the Kundalini energy at the base of the spine. The breathwork, mantra and meditation components will bring balance to the glandular system and nervous system, allowing you to feel more expanded, elevated and radiant. Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness, allowing you to eradicate limited beliefs and break through emotional barriers.
This workshop is an invitation to BOTH men and women. No previous experience is needed. By understanding and mapping a woman’s moon centers, you will be able to get a sense of what each moon center wants from you and how these changes affect your daily life; decisions, moods, creativity, energy, social connection etc. Over time you will understand more about yourself and nature and be able to navigate your changes with more ease.
