Shama Kaur offers personalized treatments in Ettalong Beach, Central Coast, and online consultations for numerology, yoga, and meditation. She works with clients using a unique blend of acupuncture, breathwork, guided visualization, and Karam Kriya numerology charts, helping them connect deeply to their mind, body, and soul. Shama trained in Karam Kriya Numerology with Shiv Charan Singh at the Karam Kriya School, integrating this wisdom into her holistic healing practice.

Egypt’s first KRI Certified Lead Trainer, Shama is also a Health & Wellness Mentor and the founder of YallaYoga, a social enterprise delivering professional yoga education and training. Her journey began through Kundalini Yoga, which she embraced while navigating her mother’s chronic illness, sparking her lifelong path of healing and transformation.

An artist, musician, and passionate guide, Shama helps souls raise consciousness, heal, and find their path to greatness through yoga, meditation, music, and the arts. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Strategy and Commerce from McGill University and a Master’s from King’s College London, and she is currently expanding her healing tools by studying Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in Sydney, Australia.

In Arabic, ‘Shams’ means sun and ‘Shama’ means candle—together, her name symbolizes “the one who shines the light of her inner soul.”
