Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level One will give you the necessary tools to deepen your yoga and meditation practice as well as share these powerful and sacred teachings with others. This training program is certified by the Kundalini Research Institute located in the United States of America.

COURSE CURRICULUM
Our comprehensive curriculum fully covers the fundamentals of yoga philosophy, teaching methods, anatomy and physiology, meditation and the chakras, and a teaching practicum.
About the Program
In the Level One Aquarian Teacher training, you will gain a deep understanding of the science of Kundalini Yoga.
You will develop the skills to instruct Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations.
You will practice teaching Kundalini Yoga in a practicum setting, participate in early morning sadhana (spiritual practice), and experience powerful transformational energy of conscious community (sangat).
This is a 220-hour course, which includes 180 hours of classroom instruction in a well-defined curriculum.
Aquarian Teacher Training Programs
The Aquarian Teacher Program is certified by the Kundalini Research Institute in the Uniites States of America. It is a journey of your development as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher. There are three levels of certification:
KRI Level One: Foundations and Awakening – Instructor
KRI Level Two: Transformation – Practitioner
KRI Level Three: Realization – Teacher

Prerequisites
What you will need to start this Program
- At least 1 month of consistent Yoga practice (1-2 times per week), and a basic understanding of Kundalini Yoga.
- Your commitment to 100% participation in all sessions.
- A positive attitude, a sense of openness and a desire to learn are truly the most important things you can bring to this training.

Satisfactory practicum assessment
Passing grade on KRI’s written examination
Completion of 20 Kundalini Yoga classes
Completion of assigned 40-day yoga set/meditation
Creation of 2 yoga course curriculums
Participation in 5 morning sadhanas
Attendance at a full day meditation equivalent to 1 day of White Tantric
Full payment of course fees
Completion of a community service project
Completion of a 40-day meditation/kriya of 31 minutes

Siri Neel Kaur Khalsa
Espanola, USA
Siri Neel is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer. She began practicing yoga since 1968 and teaching since 1970. She teaches classes with people from ages 3-90. Siri Neel currently lives in Espanola, New Mexico. She lovingly travels to New Cumberland to share her wisdom and yogic expertise. She has been teaching trainings for the 200 hr. Kundalini Yoga Trainings and Level 2s. She is also a Shamanic healer.
Ram Singh
Toulouse, France
Ram Singh first encountered Kundalini Yoga as a child in Togo, West Africa, in the early 80s. In the years since, he has been blessed to be guided by his spiritual teacher, Shiv Charan Singh, through the deep journey of Kundalini Yoga teachings.
After years of teaching in contexts where Yoga is still little present — a center for drug addicts, a group of elderly students, an institution for autistic teenagers, a nursing training school, and more — he and his wife Gururavi Kaur founded the Dharamsal Yoga Center in Toulouse, France, in 2011, dedicated to the teachings of Kundalini Yoga.
Shama Kaur
Cairo, Egypt
Shama Kaur is Egypt’s first Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer. Her name means ‘the one who shines the light of her inner soul’. She completed her training at the age of 25 at the Kundalini Research Institue in New Mexico, USA in 2012. Ever since, she been teaching kundalini yoga classes, workshops and delivering teacher trainings in Egypt and the Middle East.
Inderjot Kaur
Guadalajara, Mexico
Born in México City and partially raised in the US, she began her Hatha yoga practice at age 15. Later she came in touch with Kundalini Yoga and fell in love immediately; and on her third class she decided to become a certified teacher and guide people to the experience of well-being that for her united both the physical and spiritual paths. Through these years she has worked towards bringing the healing experience of Kundalini Yoga to all types of addiction institutions.
