This 4-part workshop series, that explores the explores ways that we can trasnform our emotional charge into a higher vibration that is proactive, responsive and in service to our higherself and others.  This Kundalini Series will enable you to increase your sensitivity of your own senses and sensations, bring balance to your emotions, develop resilliance and transform commotion into devotion. The kriyas and meditations taught will open up the energy gateways through the chakras, balance the 10 spiritual bodies and tap into celestial energy of the heavens, allowing Kundalini to rise through the 7 gates to heaven and expanding your light fully through the 10th gate, your Aura. Mantra is an important component of this series which we wil use as a tool to transform emotions into devotion to the One.

Sensitivity

Emotional Sensitivty is to experience emotions more intensely than others by either overly empathizing or sympathizing sometimes leading to a loss your own center- the nuclease of self. We may experience the pain of others too much, unable to channel it into creative ways and  feel drained. We may also experience our own emotions as roller coasters of ups and downs and are unable to cope with daily life. This session is about becoming sensory human, who recieves information through their senses and proccess them through their 10 spiritual bodies. The practice of Celestial Communication will suppport the creative channeling of all emotions to the higher power.

Resilience

Emotional Resillience is the ability adapt and cope with stress and adversity in a healthy and positive way. It involves the capacity to bounce back from setbacks and challenges, as well as to maintain a positive outlook even during difficult times. This session involves building and toning the nervous system with the practice of Kundalini Yoga geared towards building nervous of steel, a strong protective Aura and a well-balanced glandular system. 

Clarity

Emotional Clarity is the ability to track our emotions back to the root of where they began and where they are going on a physical and sensory level. Every emotion brings has a story and a physical sensation. Emotional clarity is the ability to sift through these emotions, feeling them and using their inner wisdom to guide your actions. This session supports you to respond rather than react to emotional drama and create a crystal clear vision to serve your higher Self. 

Transformation

Emotional Transformation is the ability to channel your emotional charge in a creative way. This session brings in Bhakti Yoga, the practice of vibrating the naad (sound current) through your voice, with breath, mantra and the use of the navel. Chanting in this way is the path of devotion that releases emotions and opens the heart to the heavens. We will be practicing Celeatial Communication meditations to allow the emotions to flow with ease and grace.
