What can I expect in this course?
This course is designed to empower you to cut ties that bind you to the past.
You can expect to learn about the types of energetic ties that take place between past lovers, mothers and fathers and your ancestors and the impact those ties have on you until today.
Next you learn tools to cut theses ties.
You will receive guidance to cut those ties through yogic practices inclduing kundalini yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound and mantra and gong healing.
Can I do this course if I have never done Kundalini Yoga before?
Yes. This course is open for all levels even new comers to the practice of yoga and meditation.
Do I have to do yoga or meditation for the program to be effective?
No. You will still gain benefits by listening to the content of the course. But for a deeper healing to occur, it is recommended that you participate in yoga and meditation.
What if I can’t make it in person?
You can register anyway and you will receive the online zoom link for the session and you can attend remotely or watch the recording.
Can I register for the course and do it in my own time online ?
Yes. This course is recorded and available for purchase and to enjoy immediately in your own time an at your own pace.
What if the program really interests me but I prefer to work one to one?
